The pair married in a $20 million fairytale ceremony in August. However, Kardashian filed for divorce on Monday after only 72 days of marriage.
Humphries, who recently cancelled an appearance at a Las Vegas party amid the break-up, has reportedly insisted on ending his relationship with Kardashian in the most amicable manner possible.

"He's getting through it day by day. It's a tough situation. It's not an easy position for anyone," a source explained to People.
"He's a gentleman and wants to make things right - the ring, and any gift he gave her, was out of love and he doesn't expect them back. He has made concerted efforts to try and return the gifts to their guests. They're figuring it all out."
Kardashian recently pledged to donate $200,000 to the Dream Foundation for the gifts she received at the wedding.
The reality star cancelled her Australian tour on Thursday, pulling out of a scheduled appearance at the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
