There are some really nice perks to winning the X Factor, getting a number one single and then getting massively famous very quickly - just ask One Direction. Oh you can't, they're off in LA (probably) zooming around in their really swanky cars while Simon Cowell transfers another load of cash to their bank accounts.
Little Mix were out at the London Hilton Hotel last night looking their usual smiley selves, but with a certain jush (jeush? Oh we don't know if there's an actual spelling for this word, we're sorry) that comes from having stylists ready to jush (??) you up at any second.
Jesy's hair - always gorge, to be honest - was definitely glossier and more... oh god, we want to say it again, and Leigh-Anne looked like she was rocking a bit of a fake eyelash.
HI LITTLE MIX, WE MISSED YOUJade - the little Geordie one who's been compared to Cheryl Cole - also looked more made-up than before, with smokey eyes and red lips. And her fellow Geordie Perrie was rocking ace hair and nicely highlighted cheekbones, making her look all polised and celebby (these are possibly not the industry terms - we're about to get a telling off from our fashion and beauty lady).
But the nicest thing was that the girls still looked like themselves, with Jesy in her trademark leopard print leggings and Leigh-Anne's headscarf still in place. Well done Simon Cowell (or minion working on his behalf) - leaving Little Mix to be Little Mix (as opposed to robo-girlband, in matching outfits) is a very good move.
